COVID-19 Information

 Below are the current policies for the Elizabeth Pointe Lodge regarding the Coronavirus. Additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry in hygiene and cleanliness have been taken.

To help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have implemented the following:


Our employees are required to wear masks and gloves at all times.

Signage throughout the property to remind everyone about social distancing and the need to frequently wash hands and use sanitizer.

Hand sanitizing stations have been set up throughout the Inn and staff and guests are encouraged to sanitize their hands when entering and exiting the common spaces.


Cleaning and Sanitizing of General Areas:


We have increased the cleaning of high-touch surface areas with disinfectants, including the dining room, living room, door handles, light switches, etc.  We have also purchased high heat sanitizing portable steam machines for housekeeping use throughout the Inn.  


Check-In Procedure:


There will be a limit of one guest/couple with one innkeeper behind the desk.

Remote check-in is available for guests who wish to go directly to their room.

Pens and room keys will be wiped down and sanitized before and after each guest or each time a staff member comes in contact with these items.


Guest Rooms:


After a guest checks out of a room, that guest room receives a two hour complete room sanitizing process before any guest is allowed to re-enter.

In room concierge books, brochures have been removed from each guest room.

Daily housekeeping service will be available by request only to minimize staff entry into the rooms.

Towel and amenity replacement is available upon request by 4:00 PM daily.

Should you require housekeeping, please notify us at breakfast.


Food & Beverage:


To maintain the health safety of our guests, we have modified our breakfast seating to maintain 6-foot social distancing.  In order to accomplish this, preferred breakfast times may be selected at time of check in, based on availability. In-room dining is also available for guests.
